A WELL-BEING PEDAGOGY FOR THE VOICE

Did you notice how much your physical and mental state affects the quality of your voice?
The objectives of these sessions are multiple:
– Release of tension by using “active” relaxation.
– Breath awareness and breath management.
– Gentle stimulation of the muscles involved in singing.
– Getting in touch with the voice’s resonators.

An extraordinary concept created by Chiara Maccotta, where the physical and mental conditioning of the chorister is the absolute priority.
